Nokia has announced its new flagship smartphone Nokia Lumia 925, running the latest version of the mobile operating system Windows Phone 8 from Microsoft. As expected, the 925th model is an international version of the version of the Lumia 928, which in turn will be exclusive to the western operator Verizon.
Nokia Lumia 925 offers a 4.5-inch WXGA AMOLED-display with a resolution of 1280 x 768 pixels and works on the basis of the Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 dual-core processor with a frequency of 1.5 GHz. The case of the novelty is made of two materials: the side faces of the device are made of aluminum, and the back cover is made of the same polycarbonate from which the previous models of the Lumia line are assembled. When it goes on sale, the device will offer three options for the color of the case - white, black and silver.
The device has 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of permanent memory. The main feature of the new device, as in the 928 model, is the Nokia PureView 8.7 megapixel camera with autofocus, dual flash and the new Smart Camera feature. The dimensions of the device are 129 x 79.6 x 8.5 mm, and the weight is 139 grams, which is lower than that of the Lumia 928.
The novelty will be on sale in June. The cost of Nokia Lumia 925 in Europe will be 469 euros (excluding tax fees).
