A few days before the official opening of the IFA exhibition in Berlin, where Sony is expected to show full lenses for smartphones, Acer presents a smartphone with a huge screen. Novelty called Acer Liquid S2.
The device is equipped with an incredible 6-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a 4-core processor with a clock frequency of 2.2 GHz. There are two cameras: a 13 megapixel rear and a 2 megapixel front. The manufacturer also equipped the smartphone with a LED flash in the form of a ring, 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory.
Perhaps the main feature of the smartphone is the ability of the built-in camera to record 4K video. According to Acer, this is the first smartphone in the world that has this feature. The camera is also capable of recording in Full HD at 60 frames per second and taking panoramic pictures of 27 megapixels.
As for the software, Liquid S2 comes with the Android 4.2.2 operating system, a proprietary user interface and many applications, including Acer Float UI (the ability to work simultaneously with multiple applications), Acer Data Traffic Manager (traffic tracking) and Acer Print (for printing).
Acer Liquid S2 will be available in black and red body colors. Sales of the smartphone will start in late October. The price of new items to find out.
